South Coast Interior is based in Hampshire, on the south coast of the UK. We pride ourselves in the production of high quality hand-made furniture completely bespoke to each order we receive. All staff involved are professional, highly trained and experienced wood workers from a wide range of career backgrounds. We ensure that all timber we use for our furniture is high quality and fit for purpose years to come. As well as this, all materials are locally and ethically sourced in order to keep environmental damage to a minimum and create the most sustainable process possible. Bespoke Orders
If the options on our website do not cover your needs in terms of design, colour or size then, once again, please do not hesitate to ask us about this via the contact page. In many cases, this can be organised and we will email a personalised quote for the particular item. However, due to fluctuating order numbers as well as other factors, we cannot 100% guarantee that all personalised orders will be possible.
Delivery
Due to all orders being bespoke, production times can differ greatly between products. Because of this, we do not guarantee a particular delivery time when ordering through the website. If the order is needed within a particular time frame, we ask that you contact us via the contact page and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with conformation of this being possible. If this is not the case, all order can take up to 21 days to be delivered and estimated delivery time will be sent to your email once your order has gone through.
Returns
We ask that costumers understand the individuality of each order. Due to timber being a material that varies in appearance, we cannot guarantee your order will look identical to the photos on our website. If any products have genuine faults or damage, please explain the issue using the contact page and will organise the return and repair or replacement of the products. Please note that anywhere throughout this process, we may ask for photos of any damage or faults with the product.
